Remote Occupational Therapist MI

VocoVision is seeking a remote Occupational Therapist to support a caseload of middle school students with physical and sensory needs. The focus includes developing independence through adaptive tools and motor planning strategies.

Caseload Details:

• Grades 68

• Students with developmental delays, orthopedic impairments, and ASD

• ~20 students, with direct service and staff consultation needs

Duties Include:

• Assess and recommend assistive devices and environmental supports

• Deliver virtual therapy focused on ADLs, organization, and self-regulation

• Train paraprofessionals and classroom staff

• Support transitions and IEP-driven OT services

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan OT license

• Experience with middle school students and adaptive equipment

• Understanding of IDEA/IEP process and virtual compliance

• Strong tech skills for remote therapy and documentation
