Credential Requirements:

• Active Indiana SLP license

• Valid Indiana Department of Education (DOE) Certificate

• SLP-CCC highly preferred

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a supportive school district in Avon, IN to fill two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) roles to cover consecutive maternity leaves for the 20252026 school year. Each SLP will have a dedicated caseload and the opportunity to work in a collaborative school-based setting.

Position 1 Middle School Caseload

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: October 2025

• Manage middle school caseload with support from the schools special education team

Position 2 Elementary Caseload

• Start Date: October 2025

• End Date: May 29, 2026

• Transition into the second leave with a new caseload of elementary school students

• Conducting speech/language evaluations

• Developing and implementing IEP goals

• Providing direct and consultative therapy services

• Collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers
