This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients, scheduling and organizing documentation for exam/procedure support. Balances a complex daily workload (scheduling, obtaining support documents/images, coordinating multiple resources) while providing superior customer service. Must keep current with frequently changing patient and staff schedules. Must possesses ability to triage conflicting priorities to provide patients and providers with timely service. Assist with patient interviews and entry of procedure specific orders. Team with technical caregivers for diverse duties in the clinical setting.

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Upon request: AHA BLS/CPR
Customer service related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year recent experience in the medical field.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
PACS image management
