As a Consonus Physical Therapist , you’ll deliver person-centered, evidence-based care to highly motivated patients—many of them seniors—helping them regain function and independence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, using advanced clinical pathways to guide therapy plans and elevate outcomes.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
