Virtual Speech?Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote, serving North Carolina students (K12)
Schedule: Part-time, 2530 hours per week
Duration: 20252026 School Year (approx. mid-August 2025 to early June 2026)
Soliant is seeking a SLP to join a virtual education team to provide high-quality speech-language services to students across North Carolina - all from the comfort of your home. As a licensed SLP, youll engage in teletherapy sessions, collaborate with school staff, and support student success in a fully remote environment.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver virtual direct speech and language therapy to K12 students
Conduct tele-assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional team discussions
Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation per district/state standards
Coordinate with educators, families, and support staff on student progress and accommodations
Masters degree in Speech?Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC?SLP)
Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in school-based or pediatric settings; virtual therapy experience preferred
Reliable high-speed internet and a capable computer (laptop or desktop; no Chromebooks/tablets accepted)
Strong organizational, communication, and virtual collaboration skills
Competitive hourly rate (typically $40$55/hr depending on experience and caseload)
Compensation for both direct and indirect service hours
Weekly remote schedule aligning with the school calendar (holidays and breaks unpaid unless otherwise arranged)
Access to a full teletherapy platform, digital materials, and clinical/technical support
Contract position (1099) with flexible scheduling
