Elementary SLP Opening Green Bay, WI Area

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload for a school district near Green Bay, Wisconsin during the 20252026 school year. This is a 40-hour per week, onsite position that will involve working across 23 school locations. The role runs from August 28, 2025, through June 18, 2026, and offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team in a structured educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine communication needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Travel between 23 assigned school sites within the district

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student progress

• Maintain documentation and service records in accordance with district requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student communication goals

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Wisconsin SLP license or ability to obtain before start date

• ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered

• Experience working with elementary-aged students is a plus

• Ability to work across multiple school sites

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Availability to work full-time for the entire school year: 8/28/25 6/18/26
