Elementary SLP Openings Hickory Hills, IL Area

Soliant Health is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support a school district near Hickory Hills, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. Each position is 35 hours per week and will focus on a single elementary classroom setting with approximately 10 students. These classrooms are co-taught with LSB1 teachers, offering a collaborative environment for delivering speech and language support. The assignment runs from August 7, 2025, through June 8, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a small group of elementary students

• Collaborate closely with a co-teaching LSB1 partner to support classroom learning goals

• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs

• Track student progress and document services in alignment with district requirements

• Communicate with families, teachers, and support staff regarding student development

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain prior to the start date

• ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; CFs may be considered

• Experience in a classroom-based or team-teaching model is beneficial

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Availability to work full-time (35 hours/week) for the full school year: 8/7/25 6/8/26
