Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 25-26 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students with communication disorders, supporting their academic and social growth within the school environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language impairments.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic communication goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based meetings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Missouri SLP license and/or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
