Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Richland Post Acute

Are you a registered Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? Richland Post Acute is seeking a skilled OT to join our team on a PRN basis. This role offers the flexibility to work in-person or through telehealth, with competitive pay starting at $65+/hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents' occupational needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to enhance residents' independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) registration
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with telehealth (preferred but not required)
• Availability to work on a PRN basis
