Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Pediatric Therapy team in Portage, WI. This is an hourly position, providing care across Outpatient and Inpatient settings.

Hours

• Full-Time (40 hours/week) working day shift, Monday-Friday

As an Occupational Therapist, you will

• Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient's diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

• Our Inpatient Therapy Team (PT, OT, ST) collaborates daily with hospitalists, nursing staff, and CNAs in Med/Surg and ICU units to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License
• CPR Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
