Specialized care for neonates andpediatrics will be limited to respiratory therapists who have completed the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and PALS certification. Responsibilities include administeringtherapies, managing ventilators, and performing diagnostic procedures while following established protocols and best practices approved by the Medical Director.
