About the Role

Amergis Staffing is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K12 school environments across Orcutt, CA. This full-time, school-based position begins August 2025 and offers competitive compensation, flexible placements, and a collaborative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Provide direct and consultative therapy services

+ Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

+ Support students with articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication needs

Qualifications

+ Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

+ Valid California SLP license

+ ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred

+ School-based experience a plus

+ Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
