LICENSES and OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

1. California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
2. Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
3. Experience working with children with speech and language disorder
4. Copy of Transcripts (Pre/Post BA)
5. Resume
6. Three(3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
