Job Description
A full-semester contract position is available in Yukon, OK, for qualified Speech-Language Professionals to support student needs throughout the academic year. This opportunity offers the ability to work with multiple caseloads in a dynamic educational setting.
Ideal candidates will hold certifications as one of the following:
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school certification
Key qualifications and preferences include:
- Ability to provide supervision for SLPAs (if applicable)
- Willingness to manage diverse caseloads involving various speech and language goals
- Open to applicants seeking full-time or part-time roles
- Commitment to the full school year contract duration
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized plans
- Delivering therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
- Collaborating with educational staff, families, and other professionals to promote student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervising SLPA services as appropriate
