Residential OT / Occupational Therapist

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal functional milestones
• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based approaches to boost patients motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to enhance their progress outside of sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on the path toward recovery

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are welcome and supported

• Possession of an Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
