- Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication, language efficiency, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamphysical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, and family membersto develop synchronized care strategies.
- Provide education for both patients and families to bolster progress between therapy sessions.
- Engage in sporadic inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity in care throughout the patients treatment journey.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation as per state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.
Certifications

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within the first month of work.
