As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, working diligently to ensure efficiency and alignment with goal initiatives. You will plan, develop and maintain various systems and procedures while serving as a liaison between your department and outside communities. This position offers an excellent way to utilize your multitasking, financial, critical- thinking and forward-thinking skills to support a dedicated and innovative team of fellow caregivers.

A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am5:00pm. No weekends or holidays.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop and conduct research protocols and publish research papers within scientific journals.

  • Oversee RT research activities performed by RT caregivers/others- obtain IRB approvals and ensure IRB compliance.

  • Represent Cleveland Clinic at AARC Conference (poster presentation , lectures).

  • Conduct Device testing

  • Coordinate Journal Club

  • Participate in respiratory therapy protocol development

  • Coordinate RT CRCE lecture Series

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration , Healthcare Administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR Masters Degree and five years of related experience

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Healthcare experience

  • Experience in Respiratory Research and the Institutional Review Board of Research process
