Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of acute care experience and active BLS certification.

• Acute care setting with Critical Access Hospital (CAH) trauma level
• Day shifts are typically 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-3pm on Fridays
• No call, evening, or weekend shifts required
• Possible solo coverage if staff PT is absent
• Uses Epic for electronic medical records; Epic experience is preferred
• May cover for sole PT in the department on certain days
• Travelers with previous employment at Sanford Health must disclose it for eligibility
• Local candidates within 80 miles may have different pay rates
• No orientation hours are included; must be able to start independently
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care physical therapy experience required
• Current and active BLS certification is mandatory
• Active physical therapy license required if applicable
• Ability to work independently when needed
