Newly Renovated Facility / New Rehab Department!

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Qualifications

* Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply

* Masters or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree required (or foreign equivalent)

* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification

* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

* Screening patients

* Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans

* Documenting progress toward identified objectives

* Overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistant(s)

* Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance occupational therapy services

* Conducting patient and family education

* Delivering quality occupational therapy services

* Putting patient service first

* Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
