Job Summary

Vibrant Minds Charter School, a free public TK-6 school in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a collaborative and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the communication needs of our diverse scholars. Under the supervision of a credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SLPA will provide direct therapy services, assist with documentation and data collection, and prepare materials to support speech and language goals outlined in students' IEPs. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, organized, and committed to equity and inclusion. This is a 10-month, school-year position working as part of a supportive and mission-driven special education team.

Requirements / Qualifications

* Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board

* Completion of an SLPA program or equivalent coursework from an accredited institution

* Resume

* Letter of Introduction

* Two to three (2-3) Current Letters of Recommendation

* Unofficial Transcripts (official transcripts required upon hire)

* Copy of SLPA License
