Seeking a Clinical Audiologist for an Otology Practice in the Philadelphia Suburbs

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate audiologist to join our growing team at Greater Philadelphia Ear Specialists, P.C. This is a ground floor opportunity to work closely with a fellowship-trained otologist, providing essential support in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

We are committed to providing a full range of services for patients with disorders of the ear, hearing loss, and vestibular dysfunction. The ideal candidate will have experience across the lifespanfrom pediatric to adult patientsand will be proficient in a full scope of audiological services including diagnostics, hearing aid dispensing, cochlear implant services, and vestibular evaluations.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations for pediatric and adult populations
  • Recommend and fit hearing aids using best practices, including real-ear measurements
  • Perform cochlear implant evaluations, mapping, and follow-up care
  • Conduct vestibular testing, including VNG, bithermal calorics, ECoG, and VEMP
  • Provide patient and family counseling and education
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Collaborate closely with the otologist and clinical staff
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance audiological knowledge and skills

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters Degree in Audiology (with appropriate licensure)
  • Current Pennsylvania Audiology License (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
  • Experience with pediatric audiology and special populations
  • Proficiency with hearing aid programming software, cochlear implant platforms, and vestibular testing equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
