What You Can Expect as a Rehabilitation Aide in Outpatient Neuro:

St. Luke's Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation is a fast paced and stimulating work environment focused on treating a variety of neurological disorders such as stroke, brain injury (mild to traumatic), movement disorders, functional neurological disorder, neuro degenerative disorders, and spinal cord injury. We strive to provide patient centered and evidence-based care for our patients/families to ensure the best outcomes and quality of life.

  • Multi-disciplinary care with our team of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy
  • Benefit eligible position
  • Under the supervision of a therapist may actively assist in the treatment of patients
  • Prepares treatment areas for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Ensures operation of therapy equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
  • Day schedule, Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
