Interim HealthCare is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist to work in a Facility in Lafayette, IN. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in Physical Therapy and will work with patients to improve their quality of life. Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time/Hourly contract position with a rate of $49/hour paid weekly.

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for a pediatric patient population.
Observe and record results following selected treatments and modify treatment programs to achieve desired results.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, perform assessments, review patient progress and discuss patient needs.
Participate in the referral process when needed.
Implement research-based physical therapy practices.
Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative and professionalism.
Provide feedback to patients on their performance, explain the progress of their treatment plan and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
State registered Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
