Sunbelt Staffing is proud to partner with a supportive, student-focused school district near Covington, Washington , to hire a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role in the 20252026 academic year . Whether you're a seasoned therapist or just beginning your school-based career, youll join a collaborative educational team that values growth, teamwork, and student success.

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K12

• Support a variety of needs, including articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language , and voice disorders

• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to tailor individual student support plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of student progress

• Deliver in-person services at a school site near Covington, WA

• Caseload and site details will be reviewed during the interview process

• Hold or be eligible for a Washington SLP or SLPA license

• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification is required for SLPs

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• A genuine passion for helping students succeed

• Prior school-based experience is welcome, but not required
