Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and related service providers to support student success and access to the school environment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services, student progress, and team communications.

• Work closely with school staff including teachers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated support.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans aligned with student IEPs.

• Stay current on best practices, pediatric PT research, and Connecticut licensure standards.

Position Details:

• Location: Near Farmington, CT

• Schedule: 2024 hours per week

• Caseload: Students ages Kindergarten through 22

• Licensure Requirement: Active CT Physical Therapy License
