Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with district teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided, student progress, and communications with team members.

• Work closely with special education teams, teachers, school nurses, occupational therapists, and other staff to support student access and participation.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to support IEP goals.

• Stay current on best practices, research, and licensure requirements related to pediatric and school-based physical therapy.

Position Details:

• Location: Near Newington, CT

• Hours: 20-24 hours per week

• Caseload: K - 22 years old

• Required Qualification: CT PT License
