Position Overview

Schedule: Full Time

Caseload: Pre-K caseload (3-5 years old)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

• Maintain documentation of physical therapy services, student progress, and team communications.

• Work closely with special education teachers, teachers, nurses, and therapists to achieve student goals.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to support IEP objectives.

Job Requirements

• Active PA Physical Therapist License

• PA Education Cert.

• School- based experience preferred

• Early Intervention and Pre-K experience preferred
