Position Details

• K-22 years old

• Part Time

• More severe and emotional disability caseload (Training provided)

• 15 students

• W2 Contract

Job Requirements

• Active CT Physical Therapist License

• Must attend week long Crisis Intervention Training from Aug 18-22 (time is paid)

• School- based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

• Maintain documentation of occupational therapy services, student progress, and team communications.

• Work closely with special education teachers, teachers, nurses, and therapists to achieve student goals.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to support IEP objectives.
