School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Federal Way, WA

An exciting school-based SLP position is available for the 20252026 academic year in Federal Way, WA . The selected clinician will support students across two schools in a full-time capacity.

Position Overview :

• Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

• Assigned to 2 school sites | K12 caseload

• Start: August 2025 | End: June 2026

Core Responsibilities :

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech and language challenges

• Write and implement IEP goals

• Deliver therapy sessions in individual and small group formats

• Collaborate with IEP teams and school personnel

• Document services and progress monitoring accurately

• Provide RTI and early intervention where needed

• Stay current with evidence-based approaches

Credentials Required :

• WA ESA Certificate Speech-Language Pathology

• CCC-SLP preferred, not required

• Experience working with diverse learners appreciated
