Full-Time Contract. Home Health, Physical Therapist (PT)-Hot Springs, AR

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, 13-week contract with a reputable nationwide home health agency in Forrest City, AR . • Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (occasional weekends & on-call)
• Location: Hot Springs, AR, and surrounding areas
• Productivity: 25 per week

• Mileage reimbursement for home visits, .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arkansas
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience, including at least 1 year in home health
• Proficiency with Oasis and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required
• Current AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Reliable transportation for patient visits

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress
