Position SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arkansas to join our virtual team. You will provide teletherapy services to K12 students, working closely with families, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals and IEP requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver individualized speech-language therapy sessions virtually according to each students IEP goals
Conduct assessments and progress monitoring in an online setting
Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate regularly with parents, educators, and related service providers
Document and report student progress accurately and promptly
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal development and adjustments
Utilize technology effectively to engage students and maximize therapy outcomes
Current Arkansas SLP license and CCC-SLP certification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum 2 years of experience providing speech therapy in K12 settings
Experience with virtual therapy platforms such as Zoom or similar
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse learning styles and virtual environments
Experience with teletherapy and digital therapy tools
Familiarity with assistive technology for speech and language support
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
Background in working with a variety of speech and language disorders
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps recommended)
