Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Huntley, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district in Huntley, Illinois. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the communication development and academic success of K12 students by delivering personalized and evidence-based speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs

• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student goals

• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and IEP documentation

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Ensure compliance with Illinois state and federal regulations, as well as district policies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
