Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Cary, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district in Cary, Illinois. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the communication and academic success of K12 students through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet each students communication goals

• Provide direct speech therapy in individual and small group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families to foster student progress

• Maintain accurate records, including evaluations, session notes, progress reports, and IEP documentation

• Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions based on ongoing data and assessment

• Ensure compliance with Illinois state and federal regulations, as well as district guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
