A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/26 school year in Salem, OR, supporting elementary school students. This role offers flexibility with options for onsite or virtual work, providing comprehensive speech-language services to pediatric learners within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to elementary-level students across the full school year
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to document student development
- Adhere to district policies and professional standards in service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed as an SLP in Oregon for onsite positions
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly school-aged children
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to provide services both in-person and virtually as required
