A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Forest Grove, OR. This role supports the development and implementation of individualized therapy programs to enhance students physical functioning and educational participation.

Location:

• Forest Grove, Oregon

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding therapy techniques and physical accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure or eligibility in Oregon.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric development and therapeutic interventions.
