A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Forest Grove, OR. This role supports the development and implementation of individualized therapy programs to enhance students physical functioning and educational participation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding therapy techniques and physical accommodations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure or eligibility in Oregon.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric development and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
