An opportunity is available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to support Pre-K to Elementary students in a dynamic educational setting in Woodbridge, NJ. This contract role spans from September 2 to December 10, providing a leave coverage assignment with 35 hours per week. There are three openings available to work with diverse caseloads focused on early childhood and elementary populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to Pre-School Disabled, Kindergarten, and Elementary students, some with Autism
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to NJ standards and student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and support educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with district protocols
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New Jersey SLP license required
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, particularly in early childhood and special education settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently
