Occupational Therapist Opportunity K-12 School Setting (Frankfort, IN)

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational environment. This contract role involves providing direct OT services to approximately 70 students over a 37.5-hour workweek. The position is onsite, supporting student development and functional abilities across multiple grade levels within the school system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and inclusion
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to education planning

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology licensure (required)
• Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with education professionals and families
• Ability to manage caseload independently and prioritize responsibilities
