We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students across K-12 grades in a dynamic school environment in Tyler, Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to meet students needs within the school setting

- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence for school-related tasks
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IDEA regulations is a plus
