Speech Pathology Assistant - Tyler, TX

A contracted opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Tyler, TX. This role focuses on assisting certified speech-language pathologists in delivering effective therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist
• Assist in screening, assessing, and documenting student progress
• Support individual and small group sessions aimed at improving speech, language, and communication skills
• Maintain therapy materials and organized student records in compliance with educational and legal standards
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and therapists to support student communication development
