Speech and Language Pathologist in Lexington, KY

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 school in Lexington, KY. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students to help improve their communication skills and academic performance. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to K-12 students.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
