Candidates at various career stages are welcome, including those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with relevant school or healthcare experience. The district supports both direct and indirect work, including administration and team collaboration.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments and implementing therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Managing caseloads in compliance with district guidelines within a workload model
  • Utilizing the districts IEP system with provided training
  • Delivering therapy in dedicated spaces while traveling to multiple school sites as required
  • Participating in paid team meetings and contributing to ongoing professional development
