A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic services to students with physical disabilities or challenges to enhance their functional mobility and participation in school activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' physical therapy needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Providing recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications to support student success
