Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Natalia, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Natalia, Texas. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students through individualized speech and language therapy that enhances communication, academic achievement, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals

• Deliver direct speech therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student progress and carryover

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of communication-related goals and accommodations

• Track student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with state and district policies for service delivery and reporting

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
