This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) seeking practical experience in a K-12 school setting. The role is based in Sacramento, CA, offering a rewarding contract position focused on supporting students communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Document and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for communication goals

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or CFY certification/status
• Knowledge of pediatric speech and language development
• Experience or training in educational settings preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff
