An opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist to provide comprehensive hearing services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is based in Great Falls, Montana, and focuses on supporting the auditory health and communication needs of students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) related to hearing and communication.
- Providing recommendations for assistive listening devices and other accommodations to enhance student learning.
- Monitoring and maintaining audiological equipment and records in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective intervention and support services.
Qualifications desired:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist.
- Experience working within K-12 school settings, familiar with educational audiology protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.
