A K-12 school in Davis, CA is seeking a skilled Audiologist to provide specialized support and services to students with hearing and auditory needs. This contract position offers the opportunity to work directly within an educational setting, contributing to the academic and social development of children through expert audiological care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic assessments, and auditory processing evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized audiological intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other education professionals to support students learning and communication needs.
• Fit and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices as necessary.
• Counsel students, parents, and school staff regarding hearing loss and related strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred).
• Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist.
