Speech and Language Pathologist - Willmar, MN

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Willmar, MN, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position offers a comprehensive caseload, providing essential support to a diverse student population within an onsite educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational planning

Qualifications:

• Valid MN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
