A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a K-12 school setting located in Stone Mountain, GA. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language support to students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Experience or coursework related to K-12 educational settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
