The Woodlands Country Club is seeking a professional and personable Licensed Massage Therapis t to provide exceptional wellness services to our valued members. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-end client experience and skilled in a variety of massage techniques.

We are looking for a team member who excels in hot stone therapy, cupping, and other specialty services, and who has a natural ability to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and create a warm, welcoming environment.

• Perform a range of massage therapy services, including but not limited to:

  • Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage

  • Hot Stone Therapy

  • Cupping Therapy

  • Prenatal and Sports Massage (preferred but not required)

  • Additional modalities and certifications are a plus

• Customize sessions based on members individual needs and preferences

• Establish trust and rapport with members to promote long-term wellness relationships

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care

• Accurately document treatment notes and adhere to health and safety guidelines

• Work collaboratively with fitness and wellness staff to support holistic member care

• Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas

• Certification or strong experience in hot stone and cupping therapy

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Ability to build meaningful connections with a diverse clientele

• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, evenings, and peak club hours

• CPR/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire date

• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a country club environment
