Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to lead our established clinic in Minot, ND and make a real impact ! Our established physical therapy clinic in Minot needs an experienced Physical Therapist to step into an interim Clinic Director role. This isn't just another job – it's your chance to lead and leave a lasting legacy .

This is a 12-month commitment position with competitive compensation significantly above local market rates. While structured as an interim role, we're open to discussing long-term opportunities for the right candidate who excels in the position. You’ll also have the freedom to work 40 hours a week in a 4 or 5 day work week.

The Challenge You'll Solve

Right now, our clinic sits empty. Patients in the Minot community need quality physical therapy care, but without the right leader, they're going without. We need someone who can walk in Day 1 and immediately :

Provide exceptional patient care as the primary PT .

Manage daily operations and clinic workflows .

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards .

Build relationships with referring physicians .
